The Shuliy continuous carbonization furnace adopts a continuous feeding and discharging working principle, enabling uninterrupted automated production. Its output and operational stability far surpass those of traditional batch-type carbonization furnaces.
Raw materials such as wood chips, sawdust, rice husks, coconut shells, or agricultural residues are continuously fed into the system and processed in a precisely controlled temperature zone (typically 400-800°C) under oxygen-limited conditions. This ensures a complete and uniform carbonization process. Volatile gases are extracted (usually recycled to fuel the furnace itself), while the carbon-rich solid product is steadily cooled and discharged at the outlet.
